Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification
Return Process
Request a Return:

Note: You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.Inspection & Refund:
After receiving your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll happily exchange it at no additional cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.
